    Absolutely! I use bitfinex.com where shorting is fully supported. You can even loan your bitcoin to others looking to short. There is a type of auction that is very reminiscent of stock trading with depth etc that determines how much interest you receive from shorters or how much interest you pay on the coin you borrow to short.
