The acquisition of the apatite rights at Mount Weld previously owned by CSBP Limited was an explicit requirement of the CNCM deal… No4 in the Heads of Agreement.
The day that was announced as complete but still subject to the deal going through the SP went north at pace. It is up to each of us to decide what that means, but it did occur and over $20 mil followed the SP, all at higher prices than before. I expected a deal and nothing yet points to a rejection, if someone is in the wings that will make me more money I will welcome them.
