Respect your position but "blowing" money is what you have to do to get FDA approval. This is an artificial heart going into somebody's body and taking on its function with all the complexities therein. Do you think you can do that in 5 minutes at low cost? I agree that the timelines are long, longer than the company originally said(see earlier post)but the hurdles are massive and costly. Would you want one in your body unless it was rigorously tested and validated?
As for sitting on the sidelines, as the company says best shareholder value will be realised by allowing them to complete the task.Otherwise this could be yet another example of someone else getting the benefit of great Australian technology. When will we learn?
