They did state that raising more capital come june 09 could be done through a number of ways....debt financing, partners, royalty payments. There ar other options out there. Dont think it will be a simple SPP. Just my thoughts. I'm thinking partner taking a stake but having a % of the royalties when VCR brings home the bacon.....so to speak.

Question remains, why not buy now when its lower than the SPP? I'd suggest picking some more up at 7.5c or even lower.
