    Excellent point. If the Financial institutions are not lending to VCR, then, it's either they are not convinced of VCR's viability, or management's ability (seeing that the sp has dropped to 0.081 cents).

    But to be fair though, they never mentioned that they pursued this option. they only tried to get an investor to take a stake (twice), since borrowing is NOT their preferred option. So we don't know for sure if they specifically approached banks to borrow.

    Also with borrowing, there is the interest issue. You either, compound, revolve or go PIF, neither way this would be an added expense which VCR can not handle, specially since they are not cash positive.
