Understand your opinion. Banks won't lend to companies like VCR until AFTER they get their FDA approval.
Regarding why can't they get a lousy 10 mill- good question. My opinion is its simply sentiment driven. Wallets are tightly kept shut.All the financial advice is to invest only in companies with strong balance sheets,etc,etc. These same people were advising not to invest in companies with lazy balance sheets a year ago.Sentiment.
