    Thank you Peasant. I have been waiting for your post always a good informative read. What would we all accept as a reasonable offer if we were on the board or major shareholders? Cash up front and 10% to 20% of each device sold. How about $10- 100 million cash and 10% per device. What numbers would get you to make the DEAL?
