That one should all be a matter of cost. Being able to pretty much enable it at the flick of a switch, barely any dev necessary.

I think I remember something like ASX charge for live data requests on a per user basis, with an upper limit of something like $20 per user per month (it may have been more). So now it might cost them $5 per month per user to give live pricing on the company/order pages, but to offer it on the portfolio page might cost them $20+ extra.
