l read on another chat line and l dont think it has been mentioned here on HC.....if VCR were to go into receivership, all monies from the SPP would be returned to the shareholders.

Someone mentioned that they could buy shares less than the SPP...l suppose one must way up now whether to support the company @.08 cents and have some guarantee on that your money is safe at this price unless it goes lower and the company survives or buy at Market price which is not supporting the company and losing part of that investment if the company does not survive.

.08c on the SPP is the better way to go?
