In our opinion sea is a wealth builder and have very little concern about the recent raise- yes, it is dilutive but the ramping up of development of valued properties easily out weigh the additional shares. Australian investors should appreciate that institution just put a quick $18 million in this company @.50 when only 4 months ago the stock was .16! Strong buy short and long term with the potential of a buyout proposal within 12-24 months and our target is around $1.50 current position 200k
