IMO its all about a major signing which could come at anytime, given the time spent on discussions. Getting 90% of the way in the negotiations is the easy part - its the last 10% that takes the time.
Again IMO they seem to be on the cusp of many a exciting prospects so, for me, better to be in than out as each one could send a rocket up but... time is money!
