Thoughts on the latest report?, page-2

Revenue increase was good but im not particularly sure what to make of the employee benefits expense doubling. No note on it so what is this?? Redundancies??increase in salaries and wages?or does it include other benefits given to entice staff??either way the doubling is concerning when relative to the fact net loss was 500k and could've been easily a profit depending on the nature of this employee benefits.
