They say "predominately LICS" etc. Many of their arbitrage plays and takeovers , EG, AYS and others, going back to Rams, were not necessarily LICS but, as mentioned, had various advantages.
Many undervalued arbitrages have and will take considerable time to get to the finish line.
IMHO, it might not shoot the lights out with high dividends or outperformance short term; for patient Investors, WAR will be a good long term buy.
