WAM was only successful on CLF AYS etc because it trades at a premium. This new fund will most likely trade at a discount so will need to be a lot more active in order to be successful in making changes to the funds it invests in. Its a good idea for the Wilson stable of funds as WAM capital is getting a bit too big. Its a wait and see. Expect it to trade at a discount until it finds its feet. Good for longer term hold if you are looking for a low investment risk with okish returns.
