it was mentioned by Geoff that takeover bids (if it comes to it) would be done by the entity which is the most suitable bidder, for example if TGG was to be taken out then Wam global would be the one doing it as it has a similar mandate, in that hypothetical case both wgb and the new fund would be beneficiaries
