Ok well i guess ill start. Without going over the proposal in depth, i feel like i really have no choice but to except the offer. I think its a poor deal, given the point of the cycle we are in. I dont particularly like pdn because now its owned by the chinese and ive been avoiding plays where they hold a majority.
Ill go over the paperwork for it this weekend to get a better picture.
I did hear something about no capital gains tax, although i obviously cant confirm that.
Id like to see some discussion on this if anyone has any thoughts at all!
