Talk about a doublespeak announcement to baffle holders.
What the really meant was, all they found was water (wet) the reservoir has previously been produced from & is empty (swept)
And these 2 market sensitive announcements just happened to co-occur. Of course they didn't save the good announcement to dampen the duster.
