PIO / DKO & numerous others have failed to find this abundant resource.
If something is so abundant you do not have a cartel form around it.
RIO deposit is on a flood plain ignoring @blastfurnace comments which you clearly ignored.
PLS is at surface - so who has lower cost?
Macquarie Bank made up PLS extraction costs which were detailed in the PFS that I recommened you to read which you clearly dif not.
If you want to listen to a 3rd rate bank then great... good luck with that.
