Frack -if your asking about the outcome of an undesirable deal being struck, this is an assumption based on the fact that FMS are low on cash an would appear not to have any more cards to play . All they can do now is ensure there is enough funds in the kitty for as long as possible ensuring they can continue to trade and hopefully seal a deal either as a JV or T/o within the time they have left due to financial constraints, which could possibly be a couple of years with minimal staff and no exploration activity.
