Second-hand acquisition, like all cars I have purchased over time.
Twin cab, mind (although given how dirty the back seat is from mud and hair from the dogs, the only humans who sit there are my teenage boys and their mates)
And, yes, it has its share of dings, especially the tail gate which has been opened forgetfully when something has been towed, attached to the tow bar.
Happily, costing me very little in annual depreciation.
