Its still early in my view. CFR has held up pretty well since the first diamond announcement and it didn't move that much with this announcement, which would seem to indicate that a lot of ppl are now sitting on the fence and waiting for something extraordinary.
While there are 192m shares being sought and only 68m being offered atm, I will hold my small parcel just in case the extraordinary happens.
