So assuming RRS simply announce a rights issue to shareholders at a significant discount to the current price (probably around 5c) as we expect, what does everyone expect to see happen in the short term...
Will current holders dump in disgust at the thought of further dilution and thus forfeit their eligibility for the rights issue?
Will current holders continue to hold and take up the 'cheap' shares, knowing full well that when those new shares hit the maret there is likely to be a dump back to the issue price? (Also knowing there could be the possibility of further positive news prior to the record date)
Will we see a spike in sp with new shareholders coming on board to ensure they are eligible for the rights issue by the record date? (This recently happened with SNU)
Will we see any further price sensitive news between tomorrow's ann and the record date for the rights issue?
(Or with tomorrow's ann?)
