Mark, I have not looked at the rebates for a while but I thought before Linc were only getting 25%/30% back as a rebate.
There is a production Tax credit of between 25% and 75% that can be used to offset tax but this is not a rebate it just reduces the amount of tax you pay if you are making a profit.
The full cost of developing this would be in the Billions. You may be right as I have not looked at any new legislation that may have recently come out but I'd be surprised if the Alaska Gov would be willing to pay for 75% of the Billions of dollars required to develop the field.
