Ive been watching this one too. Something very fishy went on over the last few days. Apparently '94' people decided to put in an order at 70 cents totalling around 2m shares. It was quickly replaced after RRA went ex-divvy. Lo and behold, someone had 2m shares (and probably more to come) to sell. The whole thing was ridiculously disguised. The price was always going to fall back to 70 cents, it was just a matter of time. Let's see if the buildup occurs again.

Anyway this short term stuff doesnt change the great LT fundamentals of this company. But it could be favourable if you want to time a better entry.
