I was talking with a Euro pharma exec friend about the TIS debacle recently. The first thing he asked was "And they've sued BSI haven't they?" As though, surely TIS have sought to recoup damages.
So.... will they? Should they? For the sake of sh's, I hope they've at least sought legal advice on their options and rights.
