I would agree if they have absolutely no capacity, but I cannot see that in their financials.
In their 'trading' they have $350M, and they also have the inflow of settlement monies, and then the Jimalco IPO.
Logically, would you think for say US$30-60M (debt funded) depending on who takes what, they would throw away this opportunity. Are you aware of the magnitude of this mine, the share holding to about 20-25%, and the marketing agreement they have in place?
