Some thought on price.
If our NPV is $800M aussie on production and this assumes we have 1Billion shares on issue – that's 80c per share.
• Take the $800M Aussie and discount it by 15% (Risk discount) so make it $680M Aussie.
• Then divide it by 2 as only 500M shares on issue at the moment, so now say $340M Aussie market cap.
• Then take 33% of that value gives us $113M Aussie Market Cap
• Then divide that by the shares on issue $113M/500M = 23c
• 50% of $340M Aussie gives us $170M/500M = 0.34 cents
23 to 34 cents is the magical mark I think with ML in place and finance negotiations underway and Zinc staying above $1.10lb
