If JD does a 1 for 1...he will be deemed a failure in my view and numerically. If we can get an executive who does it for less I.e. My approach of streaming....even if we paid that new executive $2million dollars salary per year, that is more value accretive to us shareholders.
I don't know why you keep saying 1 for 1.
