pros
Ernst is a rare breed
and it is in indeed his backyard
the financial shareholders in the top 20 are big deal people
... all the other big picture stuff

cons
the cap raise was perhaps not the big success a few were banking on
fewer funds to chase the big targets,
have to go for the little shallower 'known' targets around Julius

but, biggest hope -

maybe not qualified to say this - but I hope Ernst goes for it, not bides his time with piecemeal drilling to please a mkt, waiting for a better time to raise and go for the money shot
