I have icn..since 3.7c....but have been waiting for well over a year..always some delay..heard every excuse for whatever reason....who knows when...no-one i suspect. If u buy ...buy as cheap as u can...cause you might be holding for a while or you might get lucky and something happens...just don't count on any timeframe or news icn give!..the latest 90 day indo deal...will probably come with a cap raising very soon after...cause there ain't much cash...just enough for the corporate credit card!
