Like i said earlier i`d be surprised if anything started b4 september,As for Aust permits wouldn`t hold my breath for any work starting this year on any wells.
Investors holding may be waiting a long long time for ICN to return some value in share price.
Sandune and others i give u credit for staying positive this long but i think its time to move on, its a dud holding for now, better off elswhere and coming back in 12 mths.
