Perhaps the opportunity for small businesses to pay for cloud SaaS monthly subscriptions through Zip will help this small listed company. Please note that I have not read the IPO prospectus therefore I don't know if any directors hold stock in escrow. I note the IPO cost $423,000 and it has a partly unused loan.
