drwyas, I hate making predictions but I will say this the sp will go up when the MOU becomes a contract regardless of the conditions, how much is anyones guess but from my average at .018 I am already ahead.

IMO the MOU is not the be all and end all as again IMO and experience serves me well here the real value in ICN will be a T/O as it is too big for a major not to have its really that simple and a T/O is chicken feed for a major to get hold of such a contract.

Im open to debate here but years of history here has proven I am usually on the mark.
