    Maverick,
having worked with majors for many years I can safely say that they choose who they sell to very carefully. The top priority goes to the Japanese,(Tokyo Gas, Osaka Gas etc) then to the Koreans,(mainly Kogas), then to India/Europe/USA if they can, then China but only to the big boys in China who can be trusted and who will honour their word, unlike some in the iron ore business (who renege whenever it suits them).
So I cant see any of the big boys ever being interested in taking over ICN because they themselves have big reserves and major clients. ICN has no reserves at this point and has an MOU with a not particularly attractive "client", making the MOU fairly worthless until ICN has reserves and converts the MOU to a GSA.
    What am I missing here?
Finally, congatulations to recent posters for the level of intelligent discussion. This is the only way we can move forward with an open mind and valis conlusions.
    Occam
