Have recently bought into YOW at these low levels, with some suggestions that it could now be taken over by a larger player (read Hershey or Mars). Would make a lot of sense to an acquirer. YOW has a low mkt cap, in AUD listing, a Chair on the way out, frustrated shareholders.
A mate suggested that he believed they were a target already and eyes had been cast over them, with the Exec Chair now leaving a nice vacuum (horribly handled, you don't resign till someone signs up!), now could be the time. Could be a good trade.
