i would suggest that we will see a significant announcement towards the end of feb with an european parma which will make the current deal look very insignificant.
reality is AS has just had terms of a new incentive package approved by shareholders so whilst deal would be very close with euoropean parma it will not be inked until late feb. this will be just what the US investors will want to see and up goes the SP.
these levels of .95 to .97 will be a thing of the past come late feb.
