The thing is to look at TNE's opposition. Here in Austrlaia their only real competitors are SAP and Microsofts "great plains".
They are all good products, software companies do make money, but the R&D compent is basically a money pit. Therefore by the time you get a product to the market, it is obsolete.
You would have have a look at TNE's product and decide wether you think their is future for their product.
Building software as I have said is NOT cheap, I believe TNE have the right business model going forward, and I think they have the right management and products going into the future.
Whether it is a buy or not I don't, know but have a look at the 2 year chart it is a great recovery story.
