i suppose I'll bite, i held IIF last year ran from 14c to 32c and i got out thinking they would need alot of $$ to get out of trouble, should have kept holding oh well, but think it will be along the same lines as Charter hall have done with mac office and retail, you still will be holding your share but it will be a name change and the management rights will be held with GMG. Greg knows his stuff with industrial space so your new brand of iif might preform a little better, haven't seen the complete breakdown of what GMG want so cant answer in complete detail... PS i held mac office too and since Charter hall has taken the rights they have underperformed.
