was considering a position but after reading the MOU , I need to ask a question . they have to give NFEI shares of EMR worth $5 mill , at.034 thats 147 million shares and another 15 million shares to private financiers and then another 50 million shares as options to financiers . so basically thats another 162 mil for sure and probably an additional 50 mil. so thats 162 mil immediately going to hit the market with 50 mil over next 3years with a .05 option price ..... not trying to be negative or bash but thats the reality in the MOU . if anyone sees it differently let me know there opinion for my DD thanks in advance and good luck to you
