As you are aware, being an ETE holder this is a long term play for all concerned all partners
I would suggest they have done this deal with that in mind
I would also suggest raisings will be done at marginally higher levels
Also board seats will change and that means sale restrictions
Consider the folowing
ETE 16c to 32c or EMR 3.3c to 6.6c I know what i think would be easier
