You would have to think the deal will get done if you look at ETE'S history
ETE have bid 100% on just about all they have in there portfolio over the years and then farmed out majority interests in those leases
The GRB will be ETE'S highest % earned once the spend is complete on any lease they have in thier portfolio
To suddenly want 100% in one deal goes against ETE's entire history
and you must consider EMR'S capability now with significant US investment/investor's not in this for a few cents
To make those options worth anything the stock would have to be 10c or better and that wont be enough for guys like this
I agree this should be good for all concerned
