Have you considered the following?
Entek energy hold preferential rights under a participation agreement to frontiers acreage.
If indeed this land was worth anywhere near $3500 per acre,do you think Entek would let Emerald aquire it?
Dont you think Entek would make the aquisition then farm out or sell some acreage themselves?
For approx $550 an acre I am shore that Enteks management are carefully considering their position in light of emeralds latest announcement.
Lets see how this all plays out.
