The alliance will also bring future developments to the door. They are the best placed to sell the opportunity to potential investors in the USA. In what form remains to be seen. Optimism in the USA is rising, and the Green River basin is a copper bottomed investment. Pellagic and Ochre will receive 15 million shares and 50 million options to encourage them to raise the finance. The total needed is $10,000,000 for the acquisition and an extra $5,000,000 to get the drilling started = $15,000,000. Looks daunting, but the upside is enormous. Emerald thinking big at last.
