Skardon River has a very poor history especially via Minerals Corporation.

Gulf do appear to have picked it up very cheaply.
The management of the project and the calibre of the people behind it will be the make or break for it.
To succeed, it will require the ability to generate contracts and not just fluff as per Minerals Corporation.
The green cement has a lot of potential and the time is right as per the recent carbon tax announcement by the Labour Party.

I suspect there is more news to come.
