Over valued ? It's earnings certainty is fantastic, so it requires a lower return by the market relative to say qantas.

Now I agree that the return is low, about 8%irr @ current price ( market cap). But relative to TD or gov bonds I'd rather be an equity owner of Invocare.

Now shorting it doesn't make any sense, it's not a declining business, it's revenues will continue to grow for the next 20 years(2033) ABS projected death rate. The only reason I can see to short it is for a short term gamble which may or may not favour your bet.
