Sorry to derail that train of thought, Botswana's coal has not been identified as having any coking properties, its a fairly low grade thermal coal with a possibility of upgrading to a higher grade thermal coal with a great loss in yield.
Mozambique it aint, and that not a honey pot either for coking coal, witness Rio, Jindal et al pull out of the game there.
The TKR will take years to raise finance to build so dont expect fireworks in the next decade.
