We won't know that until the full results of the lupus trial and smoking cessation are announced, which will surely happen prior to needing to raise more capital. One is targeted for early licensing and the other is 'speed to market' approach, which I assume is meaning the same thing, so a lot hinges on a deal being struck. There is also the chance that the company will recover the money from the court case in the near future.
