    The $2 coke cans is where the profit is. "16% have not brought a CSD in 12 months, 5% are entirely new CSD customers".

    That is huge. Looking at their graph, the $2 cans are about 15-20% of coke sales, this means they have increased total coke sales by 2.5% for coke which is 70% of their profit. This should result in a more than 2.5% profit gain over the long term as it will help them fractionalise costs. Statistics make sense, I was at a vending machine the other day and the $2 cans were sold out.
