They have already announced a planned CR up to $5m with part of those funds to repay the $2m loan. TIO have committed to their share and it would be unfathomable (to me) if all other holders didn't take their allocations as well after hanging out on the offer for so long. (so bankruptcy call is a bit early)
Obviously raising funds will be an issue going forward however we should also see Todd's intentions and how they intend to progress this development.
While we have been in this a long time I feel we are only just beginning (obviously no guarantees how us small holders will end up..................)
