I'm in the exact same boat, working in the industry and a customer at both M1 and S1, the sector is a no-brainer but likewise I want the regular distribution, at the time I first invested (mid 2015) NXT wasn't profitable yet so I figured owning the land had to be better, especially on market-beating rate of return.
But I guess we're learning why there aren't many other listed Datacenter REITs, the operators don't want to let go of the assets.
